co-founders, Kelli Cadwell and Chris Maley set out in March 2003 to open a new employment
service, they were intent on creating something different. Their creation, Simply Staffing, Inc.

With over 20 years of combined industry experience and a dedication to providing simple solutions
to staffing needs, Cadwell and Maley have a clear vision and focus for their business, "We feel we

Kelli Cadwell (co-founder) brings each and every customer a pure and solid commitment to
identifying staffing needs from the pavement level on up with uncompromising integrity. She has
seventeen years of proven success in recruiting, hiring, coaching and customer relationship management
for internal employees as well as temporary talent. In addition, Cadwell has successfully managed
on-site customer clients as well as deploying technically sound individuals for off-site customer
software installations. Cadwell states, "asking the right questions such as "what else" or "tell me
more" and then really listening to both sides of the client/employee equation is essentially what

Chris Maley (co-founder) brings over twelve years of sales and marketing expertise to Simply
Staffing, Inc. As an established professional in the staffing industry, her strong leadership ability is
balanced with proven skills for building solid client relationships. "I get energy from developing
relationships with clients and creating a partnership, " Maley continues, "For me, it's a matter of
personal and professional integrity to address a client's needs in the optimal way and be a part of a
solution where everybody wins." Maley has devoted her professional career to a sales and marketing focus
which at the end of the day provides the absolute vision that conversations were created around. Her
attention to detail and follow through has won many battles for Simply Staffing, Inc. by developing a repeat
